Copy Systems allow users to allocate capital into real-time bot strategies run by top-performing strategists - fully on-chain, transparently ranked, and yield-generating.

This is LiquidBots’ social layer - a permissionless way for smart capital to follow smarter logic. Smart money vaults can be based ranked on performance & historical ROI, enabling users to transparently view vault constructs and allocate capital accordingly.

How It Works:

• Strategists deploy bot strategies (GridBot, DCA+, Arbitrage, etc.)

• Copy Vaults are created as wrappers around those strategies

• Users deposit into the vault to copy the strategy in real-time

• Vaults execute automatically - users passively mirror outcomes

• Fees and rewards flow based on PnL, not hype

Key Mechanics:

• Live Performance Tracking: All vaults display 30D/90D APY, win rate, drawdown, Sharpe ratio - for maximum user transparency and discretion

• Epoch-Based Entry: Capital is deployed at discrete strategy start blocks to ensure execution fairness

• Strategist Rev Share: Vault creators earn 5% of profits, 2.5% paid in vault base asset & 2.5% performance fee paid in protocol escrowed token → $esLBOT [epoch based distribution according to oracle price of token]

• On-Chain Rankings: Vaults are sorted by performance, strategy type, and volatility profile

Security Controls:

• Vault contracts are modular, strategy-specific, and parameter-bound

• Hardcoded risk controls prevent vault creators from exceeding pre-approved drawdown or leverage thresholds

• Strategists must stake $LBOT & lockup for escrowed token to deploy public vaults (anti-spam + commitment signal)

Revenue Flow:

• Protocol takes 1% performance fee from total vault returns

• Strategists earn creator fee

• LPs earn proportional PnL yield

• Optionally: strategist badge NFTs + long-term ranking incentives
